I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although small, were beautifully decorated and had some nice touches, but there were issues like dirty walls and broken furnishings. The service was nice overall with accommodating staff, but there were some instances of rudeness and lack of receipt for upfront payment. The location was fantastic, close to our favorite Portuguese cafe and weekly market, though it was tricky to find due to a Google Maps error. The dining options were disappointing and lacked variety, especially for a multi-day stay.
